Yogic Flying: The program of Preparatory Purusha includes twice-daily practice of the TM-Sidhi program, including Yogic Flying, in the Golden Dome. Preparatory Purusha has its own special area in the Patanjali Dome.
Dining together: The members of Preparatory Purusha all dine together, as is the tradition in family dining, at a table in Annapurna which is reserved for them. The conversation on the dining table is naturally inclined towards knowledge, creating an atmosphere that promotes evolution in every way.
Living together in Vastu: The members of Preparatory Purusha live together in Vastu housing, close to the Patanjali Golden Dome. There is an additional charge of $125 per month for living in Vastu, or $750 per semester for students.
Early bedtime: In Maharishi Ayurveda there is great emphasis on the importance of going to bed early, before 10pm. Going to bed before 10pm is known as one of the most important guidelines for the full development of the Dhatus (tissues of the body), and for the full development of Ojas (the immunity and vitality factor that supports the experience of unboundedness).
Knowledge meetings: Preparatory Purusha has a weekly knowledge program, featuring videotaped lectures by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Extended practice: The Preparatory Purusha program is conducive to longer practice of the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program, including Yogic Flying, as extended practice powerfully accelerates the development of higher states of consciousness and the creation of World Peace and Heaven on Earth for the whole world.
